Default Dinner yesterday

We had fast food today. Our main electrical breaker blew completely
yesterday after dinner was done. I originally and incorrectly blamed
the power company and then hired an electrician. Since temps were
around 95F in the heat and 65F when cool, we had twenty two
uncomfortable hours. Stuff in the freezer seems OK.
So anyhow, yesterday I made ground beef enchiladas and doctored
Rosarita refried beans before the breaker croaked.

I wish I had been there to help consume those enchiladas. I can't remember
the last time I've had them and those really look good.

Those enchiladas look good! Sorry about the breaker box. That's no fun.
