LOL "Exit Interview" my ass. Assume for a moment the nursing board did
renew his license. I'm sure once the home care agency did some checking
they were no longer interested in finding jobs for a "Cannabis Nurse".

Betcha they sent him a letter demanding he return all the "nurses
stuffs" [whatever the hell that is] and yes, sign the forms. IOW, "Give
us our stuff back and go away." JMHO, of course.
