the Spanakopita filling (spinach & feta) grilled cheese sandwich I
posted about a few days ago. I'll be making it in the next few days and will report back. Might even take a pic. ![]() I've also (for some reason) been thinking about making Chicken Kiev. It's been decades since I did. It tasted great but I learned the garlic herbed butter should have been frozen first so it didn't quickly melt and come running out while the chicken was still browning. I think Panko would work well for Chicken Kiev. Jill |

It's still gonna leak out. To do this properly you need meat glue. AKA Transglutaminase. Do chicken cordon bleu instead of you don't have glue. -sw -sw |
