Default Bought the Ingredients for

the Spanakopita filling (spinach & feta) grilled cheese sandwich I
posted about a few days ago. I'll be making it in the next few days and
will report back. Might even take a pic.

I've also (for some reason) been thinking about making Chicken Kiev.
It's been decades since I did. It tasted great but I learned the garlic
herbed butter should have been frozen first so it didn't quickly melt
and come running out while the chicken was still browning.

I think Panko would work well for Chicken Kiev.

It's still gonna leak out. To do this properly you need meat glue.
AKA Transglutaminase. Do chicken cordon bleu instead of you don't
have glue.
