They are like a fantasy wonderland of beautiful food on display in a carnival atmosphere. They are pretty much following the Whole Foods model in terms of lighting and floor layout. Part of the floor space is reserved for food preparation with dining areas. My niece, who lives in a small town in California says that there's three poke shops in town. Two are great, one so-so. |
