I'm thinking about HOW to! I don't "make" any chocolate really, I just make centers and use commercially available chocolates, both real and compound coating! And I have found other chocolate MAKERS who make "compound coatings" using hemp oil rather than palm oil as Chocoley.com uses in their Bada Bing Bada Boom compound coatings. In fact I emailed Chocoley.com and asked them if they have investigated using hemp oil rather than palm oil.
