That's not what you said at all. Several of us tried to explain
what you just said to you, but you refused to listen to it or admit
that's what happened.

And it's no surprise you now tried to lie you way out of it again.

Dave, it's not that important. No need to justify the reference to
Pamela, who has certainly not contributed much to discussions of cooking.

Feel free to provide an example. You told me I was lying about your
having claimed to be a writer. Someone else provided the proof that you
had. You said that I lied about your husband stopping for supper on the
way home, and others dug up proof of that. What you seem to have
trouble with is the idea that when who make a claim about something and
then later claim not to have said it, and someone proves that you did,
that you are the one who is twisting things.

I am a writer. I write on and off. There were a great many years after I was
married that I wrote nothing. I simply didn't have the time or inspiration.
Now I do. I am writing again. I will post some of my poems at the end. Was
trying to post them here but they are not displaying properly. Probably due
to different versions of Word. I will pick short ones. The one about Baklava
won the USA Today Haiku contest.

I did post of my now ex husband stopping for Pho on the way home without
telling me. But you seemed to think this was an every day occurrence. He's
my ex. There are reasons he's my ex. Not going to get into that here.

It's not me twisting things Dave.

ALL IS NEW

Let us regale in laughter.

Savor the colors of the world.

Permeate our senses with texture.

Breathe in all the aromas of life.

There are no boundaries.

CAT

Tail flicking, she waits.

Butterfly try, fly away!

One pounce, one gulp, gone!

Crispy

Thin and frangible

Crispy shards tickle the tongue

Luscious Baklava.

EUPHONY

Your voice sends shivers up my spine;

so soft, so calm, and deep.

Words flow with a smooth sexiness.

So tell me a story, and I shall recline,

and luxuriate.

GOLDEN ORB

Why do you tease me this way?

I have wanted to see your for days;

And when I finally see your smiling face,

I am overcome with joy.

I bare my body and anoint it with oil.

My skin glisten in your rays.

I nestle in the damp earth,

Among the sweet clovers and buttercups,

Longing to feel your warm embrace.

You touch me for a brief moment,

But then youre gone.

I am left shivering in the cool breeze,

Under a cloudy sky,

With the threat of raindrops.

He can't because it's a lie. I'm a writer. Yes, I am writing again and yes
my stuff is online but I won't say where. I don't use my real name there and
I prefer it to be a happy place.

Well there you go again. After me using the example of you denying that
you had claimed to have been a writer and someone one else digging out
examples of that claim, and you saying you didn't remember..... here you
are saying that you are a writer.

If I am was not currently writing, I would say that I wasn't a writer. When
I am currently writing, then I am. I am currently writing. Am considering
finishing a novel that I started years ago. Currently have many stories and
poems online. I do not use my real name on that website. And I will not tell
you where that is. But here's another poem for you. I'll pick a longer one
this time. Sorry I can't get them to display properly with copy and paste.

STORYTELLER

He wears a mask upon his face.

To hide the sadness with no trace.

But I can sense it in his eyes,

Their sparkle gone, they tell no lies.

And I can see inside his soul

Where sorrow has taken its bitter toll.

His words seem tinged with innuendo

As from feigned lips do they flow

Like the trickling of a waterfall

From newly melted snow.

So I too, the mask shall wear

While I listen and pretend to care.

Hell not stay long, Im just a pawn;

And one of many hell try to con.

If you prefer a happy place, it's very smart of you to be anonymous.

Yes it is! Here's a nice poem for you. And if anyone wants me to write one
for them on the fly, just ask and I will.

TRANQUILITY

I want to walk down endless
stretches of beach,

run into the tide,
tempting it to wet my feet.

Each time the waves retreat, new
treasures are left behind

waiting to be found.

I lie on the sun bleached
driftwood

beneath the salt air.

The warm sun beats down
through cold wind.

I know that all is right
with the world.

Mill Creek didn't want you.

It's more like your twist the words, and we try and untwist them.
Because you don't make mush sense and usually exaggerate and
sometimes lie.

It's only because those tales over the years have been incredulous. The
madman sweeper who was wearing a turban, terrorizing you with a push
broom at the store. Or the raccoon breaking through your bedroom window
and dragging out your cat. Of course, these things happen to everyone.

Now you are lying, The "Turban Broomer" was using a dust mop type thing. The
cats were pulled through the window in this room. Not the bedroom window. Do
you see how *you* are twisting things?

I'm lying? Oh, sorry! A dust mop is much more scary than a push broom! LOL

Why does it matter *which* room? It's incredulous.

I've had raccoons tear down bird feeders. They've dragged off the
chains that held a terra cotta bird feeder. I had a solar powered
fountain on the patio, I filled the basin with shiny little glass
pebbles. Raccoons knocked it over and carried away some of the glass
pebbles. They like shiny things.

Do I believe raccoons broke through a window screen (any window) and
stole your cats? Nope.

Wasn't it the pet-psychic who channeled a message to Julie from the
missing cat, blaming the raccoon ?

I dunno. A few years ago, I had two raccoons raid the place. One rode
off on my horse, and the other stole my tractor.

And I don't even throw garbage out the windows, so I don't know what
attracted them.

It matters because it proves how you twist things, It's not incredulous.
Raccoons can be visious.

Well, my cats aren't shiny and neither was the screen that the racoon ripped
from the window.

I don't care what you believe. I know what happened. Angela lost her cat and
Jazzy lost her daughter. It's pretty horrible of you to make light of it.

Oh yes, the pet psychic. Sorry but someone had to have left the door or
the window (without screens) open and the cat escaped. Raccoons don't
kidnap cats.

That's not to say that other parts of Bothell aren't perfectly nice
place to live.

Nope. I saw the screen fly out of the window. It was damaged to the point
that it needed repaired. I saw the cats fly out the window.

She said she was in the neighbor's blackberry bushes but she didn't know
which house. I believe she was because Jazzy was hanging around there, I
think trying to get her out but couldn't. And then she either died or was
carried away by some other animal and eaten. We do have skunks, rabbits,
possums, cougars, coyotes and bears in this area.

Who cares? Probably no one. They probably just get a good laugh out of it.

I'm working on it.

Went to the store and fergot to buy corn syrup. Looked up howto "DIY
corn syrup", but it would'a cost me more to make it, than buy it. Don't
worry, I'll get it.

Gettin' everything together fer a big "me only" cook-off, tomorrow.
Supposed to snow. Eatin' lunch, now.

I sure wouldn't bother making my own corn syrup! The peanut brittle is
really good.
