Default New KitchenAid attachment

Weight is more accurate than volume in recipes. Sifting is always a good
thing too. KitchenAid now has a mixer attachment that does both. Of
course you can dump in by the cup.

MSEP is $169 but should be about $100 in the store.

For those who don't have $5 to spend on a sifter and $30 for a kitchen
scale. Then there is the cost of the machine to run it.

My first reaction before seeing the ad was I dont need that, I can use my
regular old kitchen scale and old fashioned sifter. But, after seeing the
ad, Im like, I need that!. LOL. Ive been trying to amass a collection
of various KA attachments when i can get them 50% off (which is often). I
almost bought a vegetable paper maker the other day, but on a scale of
usability that one is pretty low so I passed it up.
