New KitchenAid attachment
Weight is more accurate than volume in recipes. Sifting is always a good
thing too. KitchenAid now has a mixer attachment that does both. Of course you can dump in by the cup. https://tinyurl.com/KAscale MSEP is $169 but should be about $100 in the store. |

But, after seeing the ad, Im like, I need that!. LOL. Ive been trying to amass a collection of various KA attachments when i can get them 50% off (which is often). I almost bought a vegetable paper maker the other day, but on a scale of usability that one is pretty low so I passed it up. |

For those who don't have $5 to spend on a sifter and $30 for a kitchen scale. Then there is the cost of the machine to run it. |
