Pan sear 4 pork chops in a little oil, add in one or two cans of cream of mushroom soup, place lid on pan then turn down heat to simmer until chops are cooked. The two flavors cooked and combined are fantastic. My favorite pork chop recipe. The pork-enhanced soup is a delicious gravy for the chops, mashed potatoes and green beans. Just add rolls and butter. ![]() |

I crossed out the meat loaf that I just made and loved. |

I crossed out the meat loaf that I just made and loved. meat loaf doesn't hit any buttons for me right now but the pork chops do. I'm going out to dig in the deep freeze right now. Speaking of pork, my next pork meal is going to be something pork with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. Janet US |

Some of those old 50's and 60's recipes were very popular then and still to this day. |
