We have (only recently) learned to love soya sauce, so that doesn't worry me too much. As I said, I put in several 'glugs' ![]() We have just eaten it and it was very good. The soya sauce didn't seem to overwhelm it at all, but maybe that is because we have become used to it. Many thanks again. Much appreciated ![]() |

Much appreciated ![]() Hi Ophelia, you probably got it right. 1 teaspoon soy sauce will do nothing in a dish of that volume. You have 3lbs of chicken and 33.5oz sauce already. "several Glugs' is right. I'd have reduced the other sauces to 1/2 and added 4-5TB soy sauce. |

For the rest, a glug is between 1-1.5 TB normally. It's eyeball cooking for folks who cook all the time |
