Default European chef knives are now all 15 degrees?

I was watching a U2B video by America's Test Kitchen (ATK ....a fave
around here) and the lady claimed most European chef knife companies
(Henkels, Messermeister, Wusthof, etc) have all changed from the Euro 20
degree blade to the Japanese 15 degree blade.
