Default 48 Degrees F Cellar Temperature

Just came into possession of a beer refrigerator from a store that went out
of business. I have adjusted the thermostat to the highest temperature
setting, but it is still 48 degrees F, approximately 10 degrees F cooler
than the recommended cellar temperature. Other than the need to warm up my
wine bottles, any other ill effects?

TIA,

Gary
