Default I made panna cotta

I saw Clinton Kelly make it on The Chew and wanted to try it.
I found a recipe on epicurious. It is delicious and dead easy to
make. I had blueberry compote to top it. The Costco blueberries
I picked up this time are especially good.

My big fail was not noticing I picked up Fat Free Half and Half.
Grrr. What is that? It was dumb I even bought it since I have
light cream and milk at home.

Anyway, it's a nice dessert, the toughest part is getting them out
of the ramekin and that wasn't hard.
