Dried white fungus on google...
Found it on google right away, but if anyone still has preparation

(pun intended! ;-) ) You can use them anywhere you would use mushrooms (soup, stir fry etc). The usual prep method for any dried fungi is to cover with warm water and soak to rehydrate.
