Default Life is like a box of chocolates -- from John Kuthe

Never got mail yesterday, but a box of chocolates from John arrived this
morning. What a pleasant surprise.

As the saying goes, you never know what you're going to get. I did have
one of the cherries, of course, but there are nuts, coconut, toffee and
a few I've not tried yet.

Quality stuff, very yummy. Thanks John

You are very welcome Ed! As far as the selection in the box of Christmas Candy there is English Toffee (Joy Of Cooking recipe), Chocolate Truffles, Egg Nog Truffles, Coconut (better than Mounds bars), Caramel Pecan Things, Mints and as thing I call Pecan Nut Balls. I copied a candy out of a Bissinger's catalog years ago. Two pecan halves stuck together with a wad of almond paste, dipped in a light hazelnut candy coating then milk chocolate. Oh and Raspberry Caramels!

And of course the 1lb box of Chocolate Covered Cherries!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :-)
