SCO goat meat
I jes scored a goat bone-in shoulder roast, 3.8 lbs. No additives, GMOs, antibiotics, etc. Also, not certified organic. OTOH, took me almost an hour to find the place and hadda stop fer a herd of free-ranging goats, on the way out. The couple were both my age, so I trust 'em. Gonna make me some more carnitas. (Dang .....fergot tortillas) Oh well, gotta make a trip to get me some onions, anyway. Mañana.  nb |
