Use parchment paper on a paper plate.

Why would you want to make cookies in a microwave? It's easy enough to
buy some cookie dough and put them on a baking sheet in the oven.

I cannot imagine cookies in the microwave would turn out very well.

Let's give KenK his due.
He has proved himself to be a very good troll.

Ken is not a troll, he's a recent widower trying to figure out
this cooking for himself routine.

Oven doesn't work. Been using convection feature in microwave but it's
awkward to use.

I've cooked cookies in a microwave. Mostly you have to be careful about the time. It doesn't take long at all. 30 seconds or so! If you do try to do this cook it in increments of 10 to 15 seconds. Watch out for signs of burning. Cookies can be baked in a microwave oven. The guys on this group will always try to discourage people from doing anything new. That's the breaks.

We were at a restaurant today and the grandchildren got little cakes that were in a cup. They were cooked in a microwave oven. So cute!

I believe it was a physicist that worked on the Manhattan Project and the development of the first A-bombs said "Just because we CAN do thing does not mandate we do it!"

Donuts must be fried, bourbon from Kentucky and cookies should be baked!

I can't help it but to wonder what gave him the idea that cookies come
out of microwave. Even if you don't cook, certainly you've heard to
the term "baking cookies" or have seen it happing in your 60+ years on
Earth.

So I had to try it: Microwave Cookie in a Mug. All the chips (White)
sunk to the bottom as I expected. "Cookie" was spongy but not totally
unpleasant, and still better than fruitcake. It took 3 minutes to
slap together and 1.5 in the microwave. Might do it again when I'm
drunk and/or high.

review (Grand Opening weekend, IIRC) as well as writing to corporate
about my experience (Oscar + overcharges). Sprouts has never responded
or offered a refund. They'll probably complain about this review, though.
