Back from The Folks', and Mama has sent back about two pounds of, for lack
of a better word, "pulled chicken". It's what didn't make it into the
chickin 'n' dumplins.

I want to make a nice chicken salad, but I hardly ever have. I do know that
I prefer the savoury kind rather than the sweet-and-with-fruit kind. My
starting place would probably be - make it like a tuna salad, with mayo and
celery and onions. Does anybody have a nice, savoury chicken salad recipe
that they'd like to send me to try? I'll let you know how it comes out.
