Default Compost

I bought a new countertop compost bucket, I think it looks nicer than
my old one, and it has holes on top for moisture to escape plus it's
screened inside with a carbon filter to reduce odor but mostly to

I have two nice top round steaks marinating for London broil, haven't
decided on go withs, but thinking braised bok choy and egg noodles.
Marinade is soy sauce, ketchup, a glug of olive oil, a smidge of
toasted sesame seed oil, freshly ground white peppercorns, grated
ginger root, a fat clove of minced garlic, juice of half a lemon, big
splash of Italian salad dressing, and a heaping Tbls of orange
marmalade. Will be tomorrow's dinner. Today I will forage the
fridge, may have Sabretts simmered in beer, and defrost a pint of pea
soup.
