Peeling Pee Wee Eggs?
My Dad asked me to ask if anyone has any helpful hints when peeling boiled
pee wee eggs? Thanks! |

I find that I have much better luck when the eggs are peeled just hot enough to handle without getting burned. They slip off every single time. Really ? Think of it every Chef I know and I know a few, and then the ones
on TV say the same thing when the egg whit contracts from the cold it pulls away from the shell allowing you to peel it cleaner, take the egg, just one and when they are ready put it in the ice water for 10 min and see, anyway you proved me correct by saying it does contract when cold, the shell stays the same, -- "I have seen the worst that man can do.and I can still laugh loudly" R.J. Really ? Think of it every Chef I know and I know a few, and then the ones
