Default I found a nice addition to my "Monk's Breakfast"!

I like to eat sweet beans and brown rice with chopped ham for my breakfast every morning, and since I have a lot of cooked bacon leftover from my recent camping/float trip, I put a strip of precooked really GOOD bacon in with the ham as I chopped it up, and it was YUM!!!

Same good bacon I render for the fat to sweat the diced onions in for my "sweet beans" recipe.
