![]() I had just dumped the spaghetti into the boiling water. Phone rang... I had to leave the house "right now" ! What to do ? I turned off the stove, put the lid on the pot, and went out. When I came home ( half hour later ) the pasta looked "cooked"..... So I drained, sauced, served. I've never been a big fan of "al-dente" But now I know what "al-mushy" is like. YUK ! Is there any way I could've saved this spaghetti ? I'm thinking it woud've been bettter to just toss it, and start over.... ??? <rj> |
