On Thursday evening I was elected as a Sanders delegate to the MO-1st Congressional District caucus, where we'll decide on delegates to the Democratic National Convention. Not much chance I'll get picked for that, but I'm going to give it a shot. I went to the last caucus thinking that you had to pre-register to be a delegate, but that had been changed, so I ran, gave a speech, and was elected the sole male delegate from our township (2 women were also selected). It really is huge though, that Bernie will be meeting with the Pope two days before the New York Primary. The joke is that the Pope wanted to meet with Hillary too, but that the Vatican couldn't afford her speaking fees. > > :-) > > John Kuthe... --Bryan |

Shillary has nothing valuable to say on Pope Francis' quorum of world leaders. That's just a cute but specious Facebook meme someone created. And I love how you turned this discussion around to brag about YOU and how cool YOU are! Typical Bryan's Narcissistic Personality Disorder!! Like Drumpf (his real name!) John Kuthe... |

Congratulations, your Narcissistic Personality Disorder addled mind much feel much better knowing that! I am contributing quite a bit to Bernie Sanders' campaign finacially (BernieSanders.com), informally publicizing a lot and that's about it. I know where my talents lie and most importantly where my liabilities lie. I'm not trying to make myself famous in this election, as many are, including YOU! John Kuthe... |

![]() Is it confirmed he will meet with the Pope? I understood he requested an invitation to visit the Vatican, which was then extended by the Vatican, but there was no guarantee he would get an audience with the Pope. (I hope all you Bernie fans will enjoy your new taxes so everything will be FREE, FREE, FREE!) N. |

As much as I'd like to see 'ol Bernie Baby win, I'm not sure why his meeting the Pope would win him the election? I didn't think USAians were that big on the Pope thing? |

Colonel Sanders should stay away from the Pope(tm) IMO. He's going to lose anyway (mainly because John and Bryan are strong supporters. ![]() All of his free college and health care is just fodder to win the election. It won't ever happen. (insert liberal comments here blaming the pubs) My 8-month early guess (Hi Dsi1) is that the November election will feature Donald and Hillary (and a few worthless others). I'm guessing (Hi Dsi1 again!) that Trump will win big. Many people are sick and tired of the same-ol-same-ol crap coming out of Washington. Trump is a loose cannon this year and I suspect many Americans will be willing to take a chance on letting him have a go with it all. At this point, that's the way I feel. |

It fed into little-girl fantasies about growing up to marry Prince Charming, and provided grown women some sort of thrill.
