That would be the "Jack Bonnet" whicxh is what we called Jacque Bonet $3 bottle "champagne", and rose! We drank a lot of those at Novelty Studios.

I've been buying Coopers Sparkling Ale for some years now (and still
do) but Little Creatures almost makes Coopers taste like crap by
comparison. I like the IPA and pale ale, both quite hoppy in an
exquisite way. I don't know how they make hops taste so sublime, it
has a fruity aftertaste. Cost about $80 a carton vs. Coopers at $56 a
carton.

When my new shed *finally* gets built (the slab is due to be done in
two weeks) I'll get back into home brewing again. I've taken a bit of
a hiatus there, aside from distilling, that is.
