Never heard of sweetened sour cream - was it simply sweetened with sugar and what does it taste like? Dinner tonight involves chicken thigh fillet, rice and curry... I haven't developed a plan beyond using those ingredients yet. |

Your dinner sounds good, can't really miss with those ingredients. Cheri |

Thanks, I might try sweetening some sour cream out of sheer curiosity. >Your dinner sounds good, can't really miss with those ingredients. True. I don't use curry a lot but was in the mood for both it and rice today. I ended up using garlic & onion, tomatoes, a can of coconut cream plus the curry, of course. Also some fresh parsley and served on a bed of basmati. It was yum, I should make this sort of thing more often. |
