Default Dinner Today

Jim and I were taken out to a retirement dinner today by Jim's firm, to a
resaurant in Mississauga, On called La Castile Manor.

It was really beautiful. Like a cathedral inside.

I had French onion soup (Have had better). Caesar salad (excellent) and
steak and scallops (excellent and huge serving)

If we could afford to go there ourselves, we would definitely go there
again. But since we move next week we will be too far away anyway.

Congratulations, Helen! I hope you and Jim have a wonderful retirement!

IIRC, you're getting into a motorhome? Might you ever be heading out here
to AZ?

Thanks Wayne! I hope so too. Actually, Jim is sleeping in this morning for
the first time in 30 years! LOL

Here's how the situation stands. At them moment we are preparing to move to
our retirement home that is just NE of London, On outside Fergus.

You can see me on the RFC map. When the sale of this house is final, we
will owe no-one anything. What we plan to do is travel each winter to the
Rio Grande area for about 6 months of the winter returning in spring to
Fergus.

Really haven't considered extending that yet. But time is in our favour.

The future is looking bright and all things are possible. 8>D

That's great, enjoy your new places and time to do what you
want.

Yep! And last night we went to a Saturn Reunion at a Drive in last night.
We won a huge new BBQ! So we don't have to drag our old one with us. Nice
eh?

LoL! It was nice cause I could give our old BBQ to my daughter in law.
That's a nasty story. My stepson has abandoned them
and is only working part time and hasn't been supporting them at all. She's
just gone to court to garnish his wages and it's
about time. I love my step-son but he really has a problem with
responsibility. Wish I could win a lotto so we could really
help out.
