Default Ham cookinbg times

Ham

Defrosted

Cooking time: at 325F

Fully cooked
5-7lbs 18-24 mins per lb
10-14lbs 10-15 mins per lb

Cook before eating
5-7lbs 22-25 mins per lb
10-14lbs 18-20 mins per lb

Simple glaze:

1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup marmalade (Apricot works nicely), 1/8ts
ground clove

Brush glaze on ham thickly and reglaze every 30 minutes or so as it
cooks.
