Default Sam's Club

I am now a member. Yes, it is a ways away from me. But they were offering
a special this month for military. I got a $15 gift card for signing up.
My mom came with us and she got a couple of things. I only got a few things
as we didn't need much and only about half of what I got was food. A lot of
what they sell is the same as Costco and my mom said they have the same
store layout as Costco used to. Don't know about that.

I did see food items that I will get in the future but I was leery to get
much that might need to go in the fridge or freezer in case we did lose
power. I did get some more batteries. And a big package of made up
sandwiches to put in one of the little fridges. I already instructed the
other two that if we do lose power, they can eat from that fridge but not to
open the big one for any reason.

I expect that most of my shopping from them will be online, unless someone I
know wants to go there because it is a ways out. Funny that I should say
that now as I used to work right next door and made that drive every day.
But then I was living closer then.
