I'm crazy for roast beef on rye or some crusty bread with mayo
and tomato. Thing is I like it sliced thin, like you only get
from the deli. I am pretty sure I'll be fine with this roast
sliced as thin as the knife can get it.

It makes great leftovers, no doubt about it.
