Default COMPOST!! (Not really off topic)

https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net...45608480_o.jpg

Warmed up to 50Fish today in STL!! Figured it was a good day to dump the outdoor plastic trash can where we accumulate our kitchen vegetable scraps!! It was getting dangerously FULL too! Ugh! Heavy sucker!! Had to roll it about to knock some of the top stuff out before I could lift it up to tip it over and dump out the "compost slug" you see hear! Whew!!

Composting is cool! I call it "making dirt"!

Buy a bag of dolomite lime and add a handful each time you add to your
scraps to the pile.

Thanks for the advice! Nahh, I'll just let it be natural. I did put a layer of leaves in once. The pile behind the "compost slug" is lots of yardwork scraps, leaves, branches, etc. I'm kinda making the front of the yard scrap pile into the composting area. We have two big flower beds in the front yard (west exposure), and I'm aspiring to grow some veggies out there this Summer!
