Default REC: Mango Chutney Cheese Ball

Here is an easy appetizer recipe which I adapted from a co-worker's. She
brought it for an office snack and I had never had anything like it.
It is very tasty.

Mango Chutney Cheese Ball

6 oz. room temp cream cheese
1/2 C. Mango chutney (this is about half of a jar of Major Grey Mango
Chutney...the only brand I have ever seen)
2 tsp. Curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Several tablespoons of sliced almonds, toasted, for garnish.

Mix all ingredients except almonds and place in a plastic-wrapped small deep bowl, smoothing the top flat.
Chill about 4 hours or until firm. Turn out flat side down on serving plate and remove wrap.
Pour the other half jar of chutney over the top and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Serve with crackers.
