I usually make a shrimp cocktail sauce with a few dollops of mayo, to
which I add a few squirts of tomato ketchup, a few shakes of Worcester
Sauce and a little lemon juice.
All done by eye and taste:-)

That is exactly how I make mine and have been doing so for many, many
