I don't eat meat because I care for animals. One article about
greenhouse emissions isn't going to change that. I can probably find 100
articles that explain how bad cattle is for the environment.

I'm not interested in the article. Do you read everything people link
to? I just wonder why these narrowminded Canadian men hate vegetarians
and vegans so much. They must somehow feel threatened by them.

Except that it isn't and it doesn't. The article is good but the
headline just misleading click-bait.

In brief: the agricutltural and commercial practices in North America
that bring fresh salad to your plate at great expense are shockingly
wasteful of resources and damaging to the environment.

So you don't need to read it now.
