Default cooking dream

I had what I think was a gigantic tortilla, a good two feet across, and
wanted to make quesadillas. Then I realized I don't have cookware that
large, and so I thought well, I could put it on a baking sheet ... but
that's not really designed for the stovetop, and it's not like I have a
burner that big. Not sure what happened next.

THE Enchilada

The highlight of the fiesta is the creation of the world's largest flat
enchilada. Although the Guiness Book of World Records recognizes a
"rolled enchilada" as the world's longest, this year's fiesta will
attempt to create the world's largest "flat enchilada." [ story ]

The Ingredients

750 lb. of stone ground corn to make the Masa tortillas
175 gallons of vegetable oil, heated to cook the tortillas
75 gallons of red chile sauce
75 lb. of grated cheese
50 lb. chopped onions
2 boxes of tomatoes, sliced
48 heads of lettuce, chopped
