I like PBS for weekend cooking shows. I get PBS channels from both
Georgia and South Carolina. On weekends I flip through channels and
sometimes find interesting cooking shows.

Today I caught an episode of Nick Stellino cooking halibut and sauteed
zucchini. I tried to find the same episode online. Well, this is the
way he cooked the halibut:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbiB00ij8Zk

No mention of zucchini but the show I saw today featured it. (Could be
years old, I don't know.) He diced a bunch of zucchini and sauteed it
in some olive oil with butter and garlic, chopped basil and parsley.
Salt & pepper, of course. I can't find that episode online. He plated
the zucchini and served the nicely seasoned pan fried halibut fillet on
top of it.

Might be something I'll have to try soon. I love zucchini and I love
fish. I'll have to price halibut, though.

I wish I could like that guy, but I can't stand him. I think it's the
tenor of his voice and delivery that drives me up the freakin wall.

Has anyone ever compiled a list of all the so-called
TV/media/celebrity/whatever cooking shows that exist these days?
I'd be curious to know the number... they are seemingly limitless.

They all pretty much annoy me, one way or the other - an exception
being Julia Child (old as it may be).

I had no idea that was her name and I think she's hilarious.

She totally is. I have no idea what Janet B has against her.

Sqwerty's misogyny is obvious.
