Default Nice cooking day

Breakfast was crepes with apple wedges--
Apples, sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon (cassia), and Penzey's apple pie
spice. I cooked the apples skin on, and reduced the juices to thicken. My
wife made the crepes.
Lunch was cheesy spinach--
Microwaved a # bag of frozen, then pressed out the water in a colander and returned to the Corning Ware and added heavy cream and Cheddar.
Dinner was fried pork chops, mashed potatoes and faux chicken gravy.
