LOL thanks, but don't you think they look as bit odd showing just meat
layers?

Whenever I've made lasagne before, I have made a cheese sauce which has
remained apparent in the finished dish.

This recipes was with 3 cheeses which melted through the dish. D says it
is one of the best!!

I just think they look odd) I was wondering if anyone else had done it
this way?

Not at all. That first pic looked very good. I love all the meat that
you put into it. I love a meaty lasagna or spaghetti sauce. The cheese
didn't show but it was there. Great pic, imo. I would eat that and
enjoy it immensely.

I'll wait here for your lasagne dinner invitation...maybe someday?
heheh :-D

Any time you are in Scotland ... let me know I will be working on that
recipe again because I am wondering why it collapsed. I am thinking it is
because there wasn't a proper sauce, just the cheeses, so they all just
melted through.

I don't know, maybe that one is supposed to be like that, but I want to make
it a few more times to be sure. Whatever, D, just loved it and if you are
around, I will try it out on you too <g> It will be a while before I can
try again, because they are still 3 huge portions in the freezer He has
asked that the next time I make it, I should cut into 6 instead of 4)

My son likes that I use a lot of ground beef in my spaghetti sauce,
which is what I made tonight. I also made garlic bread. I halved a
baguette and applied garlic butter, made with freshly pressed garlic
and butter, microwaved slightly, the strained to remove the garlic
solids before putting it under the broiler.
