Default Tuscan style steak

Posted two photos on ABF. This was grilled the same way I did the
veal chops a week earlier.

Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Rosemary
Garlic

Brush with the mix and let stand an hour.
Sear on high heat finish on low heat.
Brush again and let rest 10 minutes

Very nice. I'll bet that tasted as good as it looks too! :-D

On my steaks, I usually use Kosher salt, large cracked pepper, thyme
and garlic too. I just press them into each side. Never tried
rosemary....maybe I should give it a try sometime.

You are not far off with your seasoning. I normally thing of rosemary
with pork, but it did well with the beef. Go lightly the first time to
be sure you like it.

Note: I said "go lightly" not GoLYTELY as you get a much different
result.
