I have been craving a Mexican type casserole or even taco pizza, neither of
which I can really have now but I am going to use the bones of the White
Castle Casserole to make something Mexicanish. I think I will add some
chili powder to the meat, a can of Rotel and either a can of beans or
refried beans. Might get some cilantro and green onions to put on as a
garnish after it bakes. Now if only it would cool down so I can bake.
Maybe tomorrow...
