Bacon and onion tarte. That 'e' in the word which is completely
unnecessary other than to make it seem pretentious. I'll leave it to
you to discover the Bacon Marmelade. I say "What?!" LOL

Before anyone asks, this cooking "lesson" does not count towards the
annual dining assessment. It's an extra charge, optional.

I find it surprising they assume people who live here don't know how to
cook. Or that anyone would actually go home and make these (to me) odd
combinations of food.

"sesame citrus broccoli slaw and mango pineppale salad". Yep, I'm going
to rush right out and buy the ingredients to go with a pork roast. LOL

Oh, and why would anyone cover up the naturally sweet taste of pan
seared scallops (which I've cooked many times) with *any* kind of salsa?

If I didn't say it sounds "pretentious" I'll say it now. This cooking
class is just plain silly. Gotta love it! :-D
