These are sort of cooking related. They're questions I've wondered
about and can't find answers through our good friend, google. 1) Can I use a Revere ware SS sauce pan to deep fry? I have never deep fried anything and don't plan on making it a habit so I can't see investing in a deep fryer. Will I wreck the pan and/or the copper clad bottom? 2) I've been building my Revere Ware collection, mostly through eBay. I don't want the new stuff and have been able to find quite a few pieces make in the 1950s. I recently acquired a glass top stove and have realized that a couple of my sauce pans aren't flat on the bottom. Is there a way to restore their flat bottoms? Thank you for indulging my ignorant, sort of cooking, questions. -- DreadfulBitch |
