It _says- 10 deg intervals, but the first step is 5 deg, followed by 10
deg intervals.

The Pro version does 5 degree steps but starts at 100°. You may want
to check it out at their home page. If you start looking at the
Nuwave the will show you the pro version. We got ours as a BOGO so we
have a spare.
