Default Costco is annoying me!

Once again, I am unable to access their website and I am only getting the
Mexican site. And yes, I did report this. Nobody answered the phone. I
left a message. Got no call back.

I think (but am not sure) that they take the site down when they are making
changes to it. But it's very annoying if I am trying to place an order or
even just browse. I was trying to look last night for Christmas and
birthday presents when it suddenly switched to Mexico. And it did it again
just now when I tried to look for the cookbook.

And yes, I know that I can view the items in English but they are not items
available for *me* to purchase as they are available to Mexican Costco
shoppers. Most of the items listed aren't even what is available in this
country. So just freaking grrr! It's only 11:00 p.m. I don't think that's
an unreasonable time to be online shopping.

Julie, Julie, Julie...Nobody has more problems than you with on-line access. Good Lord, I can go to Costco and download anything they offer with NO problem whatsoever. Their recipes are okay but nothing special by any means.

I imagine that your computer is so clogged with "PHONE-HOME" pgms that it becomes almost dysfunctional at times.

Boy, you guys are lucky. I wish I could get the Mexican Costco site. We just get the regular old boring one.

When my sister-in-law was here I got some bulgogi from Costco. She said it was almost like her mom's recipe. I'm gonna make some kimchee fried rice with bulgogi to go with the turkey. Also on the menu is Japanese potato salad. It's gonna be pretty funky.

You couldn't maintain 'normal' Julie for long, eh? You managed two,
maybe three weeks... not bad, in a way, I suppose.

It's not just now. This has happened to me multiple times. I can tell they
are updating the website because when it comes back up, it looks different.
It's just annoying. Other websites give you a message that they are down.
But not Costco! They'll let you get all the way to the end of a very large
order and then they go down. This has happened to me twice.

Does your husband get jealous, or does he swing too?
