Default Pecan Cheese Wafers

I'm taking a little treat to choir practice tonight. They are slightly
spicy, and cheesy. I think next time I make them, I'll kick up the
heat a bit.

Here's the recipe

Good job!

I followed the recipe Cheri. I didn't think it was spicy enough, but I
thought it was just me because I like really spicy foods.
Then, I knew it wasn't just me when one of the choir members, who says
pepperoni is too spicy for her, said how good they were. Right then
and there I knew I needed to kick it up a notch or two.
I'm also thinking a bit of smoky chipotle powder would be a great
addition.

OK, but I couldn't read how much it was since it came up like this on the
webpage:

"⅛ tsp. crushed red chile flakes"

Cheri

The egg white is only used to adhere the pecan to the cracker.
You could use spit instead.

(Family's favorite Polish joke: Diner: This sauce is exquisite. How
much wine does it have in it? Polish chef: Oh, about a mouthful.)

They don't mind me trying new recipes out on them. So far, we haven't
had to replace one choir member ;-)
