I recently bought a jar of Rose's Grapefruit Marmalade and I find it a
rather pleasant spread for muffins etc. I was glad to see the first ingredient was given as grapefruit but I wonder that "gelling agent pectin" was given. I'd have thought that the first ingredient would provide enough pectin since citrus peels are said to be about 30% pectin. -- Jim Silverton (Potomac, MD) Extraneous "not." in Reply To. |
