Default Grapefruit Marmalade

I recently bought a jar of Rose's Grapefruit Marmalade and I find it a
rather pleasant spread for muffins etc. I was glad to see the first
ingredient was given as grapefruit but I wonder that "gelling agent
pectin" was given. I'd have thought that the first ingredient would
provide enough pectin since citrus peels are said to be about 30% pectin.
