Not for the purist . . . I received my Masterbuilt electric smoker
today. We have another smoker, but this one is insulated (allows use
later in the season) it's electric (I can use it when I want and don't
have to endure the "me man, me build fire" syndrome).
4 racks, integrated meat thermometer, set the temperature at the
controls, add chips with a little pull-out at the bottom side (don't
have to open the smoker up to add chips)
I've got plenty of meat in the freezer to try it out. I have until
January 31 to return it if I don't like it.
