You mean rude like what you said recently? "Yeah. Keep laughing. You're
all a bunch of loons anyway!" That leaves a pretty picture in the mind of
*ALL* the people here that you're calling *ALL* of them loons?

I have priorities and spending upwards of $20 on a pound of fish isn't
one of them.

You ****ing stupid woman. 100 calories of dry baked potato will spike
blood sugar higher than 100 calories of cane sugar, straight from a sugar
bowl with a spoon.

If you were to die of an insulin OD, this NG would be improved. I
also fixed your attribution. Please eat poorly and die soon.

Whole milk *should be* 4%, but the standard is 3.25%. But take heart, as
you can always add extra cream.

Almost everyone here detests you, and thinks that the NG would be improved
if you joined Andy. Ophelia is only nice to you because she's overly nice,
and feels sorry for complete messes like you.

You should be clear that cheese is not a "milk product" to be avoided.

Well, I am just sick of it! Wouldn't matter what I said. Just attack,
attack and attack. I am getting really fed up. I came here to discuss food
and I know there is thread drift and all but it seems whenever I try to do
that, someone turns it into something else. And always an attack on me.

But of course - you never take the time to ask WHY this only happens

I've been checking my blood sugar for about a year, ever since my
fasting sugar has been kind of high. Fasting it is normally around 120
but after meals it is lower. I check 1-2 hours after eating to get an
idea of what affects my blood sugar and I'm shocked at how it is
normally lower than fasting. Some foods will spike it, but it's only
gone over 140 a couple of times after eating in the last year. The
fasting blood sugar is what concerns my doctor.

screen and even with the cats gone, still tried to get in numerous
times. That was a bad summer"

Julie, I have many editions (no newer ones though). If you start
looking for something specific, give me a holler. Can be by email too,
esp. if I seem to be absent.

BTW, I see folks are STILL at it here. You are one strong woman to put
up with this c--p for so long.

Thanks! I think this one has all of the recipes I need. I'm going to go
make batter bread now but not that recipe. This one has no eggs or dairy.

I think it is the rest of us who deserve some praise for tolerating her
lies and nonsense stories for as long as we did.

If you tolerate you are far worse an offender... if she bothers you
ignore her posts or grow thicker skin. All you prove by constantly
bitching is that you are weak minded and have nothing better to
contribute... she wins and you lose. As it stands now Julie
contributes far FAR more to this Newsgroup than you. Actually I've
never seen anything worthwhile posted by you... you're like a tin can
with a pebble, you make noise but you're worthless. At least Julie in
her own way is entertaining, you are tearfully boring.

I do agree with that. She does make one scratch the old noggin. LOL

rec.travel.cruises was destroyed by a troll, so everybody moved to a
Yahoo group, and now we are on Facebook. Rumor has it, our troll died.

Always bad when someone ruins a group. I have tried a few yahoo groups but
I just don't care for the format.
