Who likes well done beef steak?
I prefer mine medium rare to medium. Somewhere in between. Medium rare is just a tad too rare for me. I've never had a well done steak, although I'm looking at trying it. One thing that a WD steak has going for it is that the temperature in the center is nice and hot and satisfying.
