Personally I wouldn't think a fan in such a > small oven would make much difference. Might have more effect. A small turbo oven cooks faster, because it also has radiated heat from the elements. Biggest problem I see, they get hot on the outside, and are harder to clean. My brother likes his breville, and it's got a full 1800 watts. I like my little turbo oven, because it has a basket, where you don't reach inside. You pull out the basket. Throw food into the basket, and push back in. Greg |
