These might not be new but are new to me. I found them online at Walmart
and I ordered a case of Salt and Lime. Oh my but they are good! They do have sugar in them but not a lot. Some years ago I bought some Margarita peanuts at a fancy store in Lynnwood that is no longer there. I loved them although they had quite a bit of sugar and were fairly carby. I went back to buy more and although they had more nuts of that brand, none of that flavor and the store employees were clueless about them. I did find them online but they and the shipping for them was out of my price range. I did also try to make them at home. Might have asked here or on the diabetes food newsgroup. I never could get the flavor quite right. Not enough lime. These are not as sweet as the Margarita peanuts which is probably a good thing. They are very good! I highly recommend them! They come in other flavors too. |
